Miss Gnuse, from California, started getting tattoos on her legs after developing a skin condition called porphyria, which causes the skin to blister when exposed to sunlight.

That is pretty sick actually, didn't notice that at first.
I used to bite my nails, but never to that extent! Think men or women who bite their nails is disgusting. You don't know where your hands have been and you're putting them in your mouth all of the time. Yuck!

The tattoo lady looks like when a small child uses too many colours and it all goes that odd greeny colour.

The fingernail thing could be to do with the skin complaint.
I once knew a girt whos condition meant she was missing a layer of skin which also meant no finger/toe nails
Why are such heavily tattooed people always so badly tattooed too lol. Some in fairness are brilliant, but all the ones that get publicity seem to have been done by people with no talent.
