As title, I've been searching the web but can only find commercial and trade suppliers that fit out schools and nurseries.
Do any of the mainstream manufacturers make miniture WC's?

I don't think so, I'd say a 'mainstream' toilet for a child is called a potty.
you have already researched how to get one, so I can't suggest anything other than what you have done already.
What is it for? Maybe contact a local school/schools about having an old one when they re fit? Or sign up with a local freecycle/freegle network. You would be VERY suprised what you can get on such sites.

You only need to go in some where like Plumbase or plump centre ant they will order you one in, I think Armatage shanks make them

I've had 3 kids and they have all managed to hoist themselves onto a normal toilet in the end

18 years is a lot of mess to clean up though
seriously though unless you are a billionaire. why not just let your kid go on an adult toilet. my son is 3 and already goes for a wee by himself on the toiletScooby Regular
we got our little girl one of these, thought it was a good idea to start her off on something her own size. she is 3 now and uses this and a full size one.
