Allegedly.

SBT - I recommend you call your local police and report this.
Don't worry if they don't believe you at first, just keep phoning them until they invite you to the station for a chat. If the normal bobbies don't believe you, insist on speaking to the chief constable, no matter what time of the day or night it may be.
