Pacific (band of brother 2)Kinda
By same makers who made band of brothers.
It premiered in the states this week and we've just watched the first episode.It's just as good as Band of Brothers.
So just a heads up.

The Pacific is a 2010 ten-part television World War II miniseries, produced by HBO, Seven Network Australia and DreamWorks, which premiered on March 14, 2010.
Similar to the 2001 mini-series Band of Brothers, The Pacific focuses on the United States Marine Corps' actions in the Pacific Theater of Operations.
The Pacific is being spearheaded by Bruce McKenna (co-executive producer), who was one of the main writers on Band of Brothers. Hugh Ambrose, the son of Band of Brothers author Stephen Ambrose, will serve as a project consultant.

i read somewhere it appeared on their website and loads of people downloaded it, i expect it will be superb, but show everyone else stupid and the americans to be the best soldiers and they did everything , as usual
