In the last 6 mouths I have been getting receipts of my charge nearly everyday, used to get them once a month. What a waste of time and effort on there part no wonder the rain forest is in decline and the mail system is sh#t. When I rang up to see why this was I couldn't under stand the blokes English.

I just started getting these paper receipts recently, never asked for them always pay via txt message and get txt receipt by return.

Under New Management

They've recently also "updated" their website - end result is the 50+ vans we had previously had registered on their fleet scheme became un-registered and, yes, guess what happened!!? We got a fine for each one for every day they were in the area

Still sorting it out...

Yep. Was run by Capita. Now run by IBM since beginning of Nov 2009. Supposedly IBM are upgrading IT systems that will save TfL £200m over the current business plan/contract (??) period.
