Any Employment Law people about ??
Have a female friend who works as a supervisor for a Bar.
There are about 10 other people,male and female that work with her but lately a Cliche group has developed and an Allegation has been made against my friend of theft of stock,with NO proof (as its untrue)
She has been suspended pending investigation.
So,WTF does she do now ?
She has been there 4 or 5 yrs but as she got older staff got younger so this group was inevitable she says.
Can she be fired with no physical proof just lies ?

Without evidence/proof I doubt she can/will be sacked, if she is she has a good case of unfair dismissal
