My work server won't show any pics hosted by the photo sites, so perhaps you need to up your security, being in IT and all, that should be easy, right?

If your security team is paranoid, then hosting sites such as online storage, photo sites, etc would be blocked. This is to stop data leaving your site to an online storage site, so your security team may lock USB sticks, etc, but this security hole would allow you to steal company data.
Also most software that detects flesh tones are associated with email scanning, rather than web filtering.
You are probably ok, and it shouldn't have set off any alerts and will not show anything dodgy on a report!
If your company needs more "paranoid" measures.... give me a shout!!
