Paying Bills from last year
Hi all
Ive just recieved a invoice for some work I had done on my house ( cavity insulation ) in Apr 09. Thework done was pretty poor and had lots of compications, and despite doing research the company turned out to be pi55 poor.
Is there a timeframe on when invoices have to be sent ?? This invoice is 9 months old and I dont want to pay for it. Im also tempted to write back and state the house was sold back in May and pretend to be a different owner.
Anyone done that ?? What are my options ?
