Avator 3d IMAX
Hi guys
Has anyone seen it and can some one kindley explain what the diffrence is in IMAX and IMAX 3d the guy at the cinema told me the screen is bigger and it's curved that's the only diffrent. I've never seen anything in 3d or IMAX would you sit right at the front to get all the special effects or at the back?which one would be better? Thank you all inadvance gents

Haven't seen Avatar yet on either format. But to comment on IMAX and IMAX 3D, If the same as the one I went to in Canada, the screen is 8 stories high and the films in 3D I watched were very immersive. As an example the deep Sea 3D and Grand Canyon put you in the middle of the film, the same said of 'fly me to the moon' , and I always sit at the back. The real-3d films I saw at the normal cinema felt lacking, such as 'UP' and 'Ice age 3D'.

Was booked for 5-30 today, but cancelled due to the snow-ar$e!
Saw batman at the IMAX and it was awesome and only a few scenes were shot with the IMAX camera.
Avatar should be incredible
