I'm staying in, kids are too young, but I've got some mates (also with kids) coming round so it is not a complete loss
Fridge full of booze and some food that needs to be eaten now that there's no room for it in the fridge

Just home from work.
It was dead. We normally end up sending prisoners across Notts, even to Chesterfield, Doncaster and even further a field. But tonight, 5 prisoners. Hopefully everyone has made a new year's resolution to behave themselves
Oh, and we had a huge buffet for all the cops and detention officers who were on duty I'm stuffed

How is this for being dull?
I stayed in and wrote some press releases. Finished the last one at 00:13 - so I have already worked this year
I have never liked New Year - everything is twice the price and complete strangers want to be your best mate - it's like being in a real life version of Facebook for an evening!!

We stayed in and I cracked a bottle from the first batch of Sloe Gin I ever made. It is 12 years + old and I have to say it is magnificent. Smooth as silk. It most certainly improves with age!
