Forget sofa adverts, how many women's COSMETICS adverts?
And have you SEEN the prices of the stuff they are peddling?
Mind, while we have a whole half of the country's population wanting us to take them seriously
, while painting their fingernails, their toenails, colouring their hair, smearing colour on their eyelids, their lips, their eyelashes and powdering their faces daft colours, should we be surprised that cosmetics companies can afford so many ads?
Come on girls, get a life.

Had to chuckle the other night at an advert for some random hair or beauty product - it claimed to be "the choice of Marie Claire readers", yet the oh-so tiny font said something like "857 women surveyed, choice of 57% of survey"
