can anyone offer some much needed advice?
hi guys,
i just came out of my girlfriends house to come home to find a calibra parked on my rear bumper and both of my front tyres let down, so as anyone would be, i was pretty mad, pulled my car forward to inspect the damage, just a bit of paint off my bumper and my powerflow a little scraped. i took the reg and i am planning on calling my insurence company tomorrow. i forgot to take a pic because im was on one. now realising i should of for proof what do you think the insurence company will say? . . . i dont normally park my car there but there was no room to park anywhere so i had to leave it down the road a bit outside this womans house, it wasnt blocking her drive at all, so she still had access. i guess it was all done to make a point of not parking outside her house again. but still? is she mad? i've heard shes not a nice woman, and she has also given me the V's before for not letting her past when the obstruction was her side, so im guessing shes taken a dissliking to me some time before and also isnt too familiar with the highway code. sorry for the Essay but could do with anyones imput. thanks for reading. barney

So she let the tyres down and damaged your car so you didn't park there again, instead of just asking you? Kick her in the c*nt and tell her you'll be on her case with the insurance. Silly bint.
The insurance company will deal with it. She drove into your parked car, what is there to argue about?

thing im worried about is if they send a person out from my insurence company and they see its lightly modded as its not down as modified on my insurence, because my renewall is not till feb. i dont know where she lives exactly, its one of three houses but im guessing it was the one i was parked outside. i dont know why people do it, most people know the the only white car on the road belongs to me, as its been there most nights for well over a year now. so she must know where my girlfriends house is to ask me to move it. even though i dont see why i should move it as it was parked on the road, i have tax insurence mot etc so im perfectly entitled to leave it there, i guess she just didnt like the veiw. women hay, who gave them driving licence's

would make me feel alot better about it. . . theres minimal damage to my car. the only reason i wanna claim is to get at her really. . . petty? maybe! but she deserves it, its probably not even the first time shes left her piece of C**P parked on somones bumper either.

Sounds like a neighbour getting territorial about their parking spot, happens a lot unfortunately. Not worth claiming on your insurance though. Although I wouldn't recommend escalating the situation, maybe a bit of dog poo on her door handles wouldn't go amiss

Pretty simple really, just nip back sometime and let her tires down
All of them
If your feeling really generous a nice letter under her window wiper as well telling her how much of a cow she is

Definitely has to be all four tyres. Lol, That way you're not even damaging anything, but she'll think "f*ck, maybe what I did wasn't the best idea", and probably won't know how to inflate them again.

cut her t1ts off - seriouly getting into a tit for tat car damaging game is not he answer - she needs to know you are not to be fcuked about with at all
if it is her then have a firm word leaving her in no doubt what will happen if this is repeated and also get her insurance details, i do doubt the Police will be in the slightest bit interested unless you can prove she was speeding when she parked.
