Tax Refund e-mail: DO NOT OPEN!

We had a phishing one the other day:
Very convincing email from the HMRC, correct logo and website layouts etc.
Asked to log in to our bank via a link to setup a transfer, click on it and it directs you to a page listing a load of UK banks, click on your bank and it comes up with a replica of that bank's log-in page.
The only thing that gives the game away is the domains are all via a Korean host (as noted by a whois search).
I've reported it to the HMRC and my bank (I figured my bank would react quicker ). Not sure if the site is still live (email is on my other computer), but if it has been pulled , there is no doubt another one will pop up.
