Angry i have just seen the worst film of all time.

now i thought 'Gigli' and 'The Avengers' are 1/10 material but this masterpiece is a genuine 0/10

i give you 'The Men Who Stare At Goats'

a comedy that has a handful of funny lines. George Clooney, Kevin Spacey, Ewan McGregor and Jeff Bridges and they come up with a 2 hour train wreck

me and the rest of the cinema audience are stunned

DO NOT WASTE AND MONEY GOING TO SEE THIS
it will be for sale in poundland/poundstretcher within a year

From what I can gather the author isn't impressed with the way hollywood has turned his book into a comedic farce. The couple of reviews I have seen have also been less than favourable

IMDB comment

Ticket Holders Who Stare In Disbelief, 8 November 2009

Author:
cochford from New Orleans, Louisiana

"Mr. Bean's Holiday" has always been THE worst movie that my husband and I have ever seen; the one we laugh at and make jokes about because it's so bad. It is the standard bearer for terrible movies. Not any longer! "Men Who Stare At Goats" is NOW the worst movie we've ever seen. You say to yourself, "My goodness, George Clooney, Jeff Bridges, Ewan McGregor and Kevin Spacey are in this movie.....It must be a good one!....They wouldn't pick a crummy script...especially Kevin Spacey". HA! Fooled us! Terrible attempts at humor and boring dialog; We couldn't wait for the movie to end. We almost walked out and wish now that we had. To the screenplay writer and producer....what were you thinking? To the lead actors....how could you? To those of you thinking about going to this movie....don't waste your time and money....I promise...it is terrible. I want my money and two hours back! MWSAG joins the ranks of Ishtar,Showgirls, Glitter(Mariah Carey's bomb), Swept Away(remember this Madonna fiasco?), Mr.Bean's Holiday, Gigli(Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's train wreck), You Don't Mess With The Zohan, Howard The Duck and Basic Instinct 2.........

I dont care how bad it was it can be no where near as bad as this:

Vinnie Jones plays one of the lead roles:

Played (2006)

Beats U-Turn for Worst movie ever., 29 January 2007
1/10
Author: caesarian from Hong Kong

New contender for worst movie ever. Do not be misled by Val Kilmer's name appearing in the credits, he appears for all of one minute. Reminiscent of Executive Decision's posters who made it appear as though Steven Segal played a central role in the film (even though he disappeared after 5 minutes).

The film has no plot, no story, no point. Worst of all, it has no ending. To date I had listed U-Turn as worst movie ever, but I think Played has taken the bottom spot. It reads as a gangster thriller, but none of the scenes are backed up. They appear more like events that follow each other rather than integral parts of a story. No climax is built up, the love story is stated but never portrayed. Characters dart in and out before any portrayal is required. All in all a complete waste of time.

Best advice: DO NOT WATCH.

Worst film ever has to be For Your Height Only, a Filipino version of James Bond played by a 2'9" midget.

As for poor films I really don't get Solaris - many people say how cerebral it is but I personally think its 2 hours of f*ck all on a space station.

Don't think so, are they going to the sun because its knackered or summat - if so thats Sunshine. Its a bit carp but I'll watch it - someone also mentioned The Core - its a bit "made for TV" but its OK.

Solaris I'm on about is a remake of some russian film about a bloke on a space station having visions of his ex-wife or at least some bird that may or may not be there.

I can see why the art-farts like it but I thought it was a wag of bank.

Tank Girl is a bad film and also Space Truckers - Dennis Hopper deserves a slap for being in it.

I watched 2012 Doomsday last night - now this is a serious contender for worst film ever

really wooden acting, crap special effects (you can almost see the strings holding the 2 seater plane and the wave is such a poor computer effect effort)

I was enjoying watching the blondie in the car with her mum until i noticed her huge nostrils

Bad films? Try "Gerry". Two guys, hiking through the desert. Also "The Bad Lieutenant" is another really bad one.

Quick Reply: i have just seen the worst film of all time.
