I need motivation!
Bought a set of alloys a few weeks and took it upon myself to refurb them but after 3/4nights of sanding and filler i have run out of puff and can't be bothered. Getting nagged as they are sitting in the hallway and I've been off the past 2 days so don't have an excuse but i just can't motivate myself!
Motivational tips appreciated. GET ME OFF MY FAT ***!

Photoshop them onto a picture of your car, when you see how nice they look you will plod on with the job.
Next option get them bead/sand blasted, £10 a rim, then do the easy bit of painting them yourself.

They are going to be nasty to clean...
Can't quite make out the size, are they bigger than the originals.
look forward to seeing them photoshopped, or better still on the car.

16's on the car at the mo, the new ones are 18" yokes. Only bought them as they where at a bargain bucket price with good tyres all round. Will most likely punt them on after a month or 2 of them being on the car as I like the chuckability of my wee car on the 16's.

Exactly my first thought when I saw the piccie! Great minds n all ...
Had similar wheels on the last Scoob and, yes, they were a BITCH to clean. In fact, the fronts never looked anything other than grey/black from the brake pad dust .....
The ones on the car are more for me. Easy to clean!

Excellent place to do your work COB in the Bog.
I have choosen the kitchen, we were meant to have mates down but she has went out instead so i can wreck the place a bit.
Got some slight inspiration. So after more sanding i've put my first coat of primer on the lip of the rim, this was the worst curbed wheel and it was fooking bad! so i'm happy with the results. Have seen a few more wee flaws but they can be sanded out before paint.
Gonna spent an hour or two a night next week as i'm working 8 to 4 so i'll have plenty of time. Need to get some supplies from B&Q thou!

i made that mistake painting an r/c car body on, what i thought was foolproof newspaper.
there was paint everywhere on closer inspection !!! hahahhah
