I would have definitely snapped the tree. 
These guys doing long stretches in state pen spend most of their time in the yard perfecting these feats of balance/strength/skill/ agility.
Every yard has a gym, and bars are obligatory.

TBH he isnt doing much that 13 year old gymnasts can't do, without having spent hours every day in the 'wood pile' in the local prison.
Funny though if you look at him, he has obviously spent all his time working on his upper body for show because his legs look like twiglets.
