Question Can anyone give me a phone unlocking website please

which is kosha?

My daughter went out yesterday with my phone and promptly lost it. It was switched off almost immediately, so someone has "found" it. It has been blocked by 3 now, so will be useless anyway, but I have now "borrowed" her phone, but need it unlocking.

It's a Nokia 5000d on O2.

Either that or has anyone got an old 3 mobile? Will pay up to £20 plus postage for a decent one!!

Cheers in advance,
Clare
xx

P.s. I can have a Nokia E71 for £30 a month with 500 minutes etc... free internet and email etc. Should I go for that?

It's not a contract phone, it's PAYG. It doesn't work in it

I had a similar problem with a nokia 6800 or something. I read up on the unlocking subject, downloaded a ton of software and tried, with no success, to unlock it and use it on Orange.

In the end I just took it to a local mobile phone shop ( FridayAd is full of them ), who `blew` it for me - £15.

I did read reports of people totally messing up the firmware on these phones, so becareful.

You have to make sure its a true 3g phone otherwise it won't work! 3 is pretty fussy on which phones can be used.

I've gone and done an early upgrade for a small one off fee. Got an E71 on an 18 month contract. I did threaten to leave but they wouldn't improve the deal.
