Ipod Nano Advice!
I have a second generation 2GB Nano, personally I think it is a piece of ****, it crashs alot, has a pissy battery life, the sound quality is not prefect or even good compared to my old I-River and Itunes should be renamed Isatan but you have to work with what you got sometimes.
So my question is, is there any way I can get around not having to use Itunes. As I really hate it. It there software that allows you to drag and drop songs or something similar?
I used to have one of these before i got an Ipod and it was 1000times at everything, how i wish i hadn't broke it.

There was a 4gb device on the gadget show the other night that actually looked rather good.
As for drag and drop, surely windows takes care of that once the device is connected as a removable storage device.

unfortunately not Snazy, when u connect the Ipod in and try to look up your music via My computer it shows nothing up other than Calenders, Contacts and Notes. No sign of a music folder.

Oooh sorry I thought you meant "other" devices.
Na its an "i" product, so more secure than a high security prison, and prefers only things that go via prefered sources.

Well I know you can drag from an iPod onto your computer, so I can only assume its possible in reverse.
Just make sure hidden files and folders are being shown and have a look through there.
You might see the music files listed with nonsense titles, MDSHD etc.

It would not wipe music from your computer, however, it would probably tell you that the iPod is synced with another computer/library and either not allow you to add anything, or it'll tell you the only way to add things is to erase the existing content.
