Places like new look are full of that sort of stuff, an I think Tammy Girl have a section in BHS and they have similar stuff.
I'd imagine your local market is the best bet to be honest. Failing that, ebay is always a good place to get anything.

Claire's Accessories, on just about every UK high street. I think they also have outlets aimed specifically at young girls -tiaras, butterfly wings, gloves, tutus... Be warned though, if you take her there, she'll probably want half the shop. Although their prices are usually very reasonable, it soon mounts up!

Totally agree - Claires Accessories is the place!! I always end up there with my 7 year old daughter - that's the bribe for her not to moan when we do my shops...

We went to an 80's party recently and whilst looking for an outfit for the Mrs, we ventured in to New Look and Primark and they both had loads of cheap 80's stuff.
