I would say that is not related to being Chav, that has echoes of the James Bulger murder, ok there are some horrible little feral f*ckers in this country but most arent capable of that kind of thing.

The question begs, why was a nearly blind 5 year girl left out without adult supervision? 
I know its tragic and I do not condone teh scum that did what they did, but it does make me wonder how they got hold of her when it appears that nobody else was around supervising the little girl.
