I certainly don't!
I can dry my hands myself and don't want to feel obligated to give a tip for having a paper towel forced on me!
In some clubs I've been to they have loads of hand driers but they turn them off or stand in front of them so they can give you a towel!!!

Try the ones in Harrods. I walked in for a crap, and he said after that you had better buy something!!!!!!!!.
