Crap !! Total CRAP !!! Weak acting, poor direction, shallow plot, style over substance comic book drivel IMHO Watchmen isn't much better, and at near three hours it gets painful keeping watching.
There's a DVDSCR torrent of Terminator Salvation kicking around if you must

Yup. You need an application such as BitTorrent or Vuze. You download a small file called a torrent which contains the info where the item you want can be found from Piratebay, Mininova etc, and drop it into the application for it to do the work for you. There are legal implications so it is your decision whether to pursue this practise or not.
Torrents are named relative to the quality of their content. A DVD Rip is from a commercial release and usually good quality, although lower resolution than the original media. R5 is 'Region 5', otherwise known as a Russian DVD Rip. These usually appear a lot earlier than the official UK release date and are of good quality. DVDSCR is a rip from a screener, possibly supplied to shops/rental outlets to promote a film before its release, and may have text embedded (often blurred back out) informing of ownership and copyright legalities. CAM are shot with a videocamera in a cinema, and TS are videocamera shootings but with the audio lifted from the projection booth output. Hi-res (up to full 1080p) rips from BluRays are appearing a lot now too.

Downloaded this quite some time ago, switched it off after 20 mins or so, as I wasn't enjoying it in the least, then had another try and thought it was great.
Worth a watch, but not worth paying for.

Someone said Watchmen was the same for them. Hated it the fist time and was bored to tears, then really enjoyed the second watch. Might give it another go sometime to see if it works like that for me.

Are we still talking about The Spirit
I do that with a lot of films I remember watching The Matrix first time around and didn't really like it but now I class it right up there with the best.
