Default MMA training

Just started training with local club, covering muay Thai, bjj and kickboxing. With the intention to moving to fighting once i've got my skills mastered

so far i'm loving it, very sore at the moment lol

anyone into it or gone into the fighting scene?

Waiting for my license now so I can start on sone sparring. When seeing them on tv you soon realise it's alot harder then it looks.

Learnt the muay Thai clinch yesterday can't believe how much control you get from it

Only kickboxing comps but loved them. Something I miss down here - no decent clubs at all.
Not even if I wear my favourite pyjamas.

What shocked me at first is just how exhausting fight competitions are. Beat any endurance runs/tris I've ever done hands down for energy use.

yeh you have to be a fluffer for you first grading, I was wondering if you had any tips?
