An 11-year-old has been charged with raping a nine-year-old boy while he was on police bail for two other sexual offences

Unfortunately young kids these days seem to grow up very quickly.
My girlfriend has 2 girls aged 8 & 10. She said she knows of a couple 10/11 year old lads that are sexually active. Won't let her girls anywhere near them.
When I was 11, sex was not even given a second thought.

Where does an 11 year old boy get the idea to bum another child? its one thing trying to copy the older kids chasing girls, not that its right at that age. At 11 I'd seen plenty of **** and had a vague idea what was involved with sex, but bumming was just GHAY. I think there is more to this that what has been reported. Sad state of affairs

you can put him in a real prison with alot of peadophiles where no doubt all his sexual appetites will be satisfied.
TBF there is something wrong with our society and its most likely media more specifically which seem to breed an unhealthy amount of imbeciles.
