OK I've watched 24 (not including the current/last series) and until that comes out on DVD what shall i watch?

I'm up to date with Heroes and Lost and just finished Battlestar Gallactica.

Watched "Underbelly" which was a bit embarassing in the office at lunchtime I can tell you

What next? Ideally needs to be under an hour each episode (with adverts removed)

Fringe? Knight Rider, The Unit, play catch up on Lie To Me as its only a few episodes in.... Or my current favorite... House

The Unit has the chap who played the President in 24 doesn't it, I liked him.

I like House. It's not a great show for many probably, but passes the time.

I also like Ghost Whisperer, probably too girly, or just plain crap for you, unless of course you like Jennifer Love Hewitt.
