Default GM Bankruptcy

Nice to see that even though all the workers & creditors of GM are being screwed, that JP Morgan Chase & Citibank are getting their loans to GM back in full :

Nothing in that "article" says the Court has approved the pension/healthcare fund cash for stock swap though, which is the big issue.

Banks get paid out before trade suppliers regularly over here, because they have a priority ranking in most cases.

Of course not, but as I said, the article talks about what Rattner seemingly is asking for, not what the Courts have agreed.
