Default Copying A Sat Nav Disc

Afternoon All

Just a quick one on behalf of a work colleague. He has a 07 Honda Accord with a built in sat nav and needs to update it for the newer dvd disc.
Someone else at work has the same car with the new disc in, anyone know if you can just copy them as paying £175 for the new one from Honda seems a bit steep.

Just a thought, if it doesnt work then looks like he will have to get the new one.

Thanks
