So, who here had the brass one's to try such sauces neat, i've just been and bought some of dave's insanity to build myself up for this stuff as it's been a while since i've touched real chilli, i can handle it neat but blairs ultra death should be interesting.

got the jersey death myself-wouldnt do a full teaspoon but a small amount-eg 1ml is quite hot but damn tasty-wash your hands after handling the bottle tho as its bad in your eyes neat.

I collect hot sauces, I've even got a cupboard especially for them.

Just picked up 3 "Daves" sauces from Asda the other day. Got the "Insanity Sauce", "Temporary Insanity" and "Hurtin Jalepino"

Would like to try the Death Sauce tho

i have dragons blood made with 4 joliki naga chillies, rated 6.2 million SCu and is bloody good in currys or chillies.....also mega funny at house partys

I dont get it.....how does that make the meal a pleasant experience? Why not eat something nice and then punch yourself in the face if you still feel so inclined?

Anything and everything, just where you need to add a bit of zing to your food, i find uk salsa dips bland and boring nothing like the mexican stuff, dash of blairs etc soon puts paid to that problem.

Im after the taste more than anything, dave's insanity is nice but im after a more smoky flavour, i find myself stocking up on random spices of late with the meals im making nowadays i find them invaluable to liven things up a bit.

Not to mention no one dares touch my food which is an added bonus.

just use small amount to spice up food, i make my own hot sauce for using with most meals by finiding a good tasting sauce and adding a little hot sauce and giving it a little kick
