Only gone and done it again.
Done my back in again, back on three lots of painkillers and pain you would not believe...............
Was only sat in the car tidying up wiring for a new MP3 CD player I'd fitted in the boot.

Have also twanged my back (well bottom end of right lat muscle)- and hip flexor. Not sure how I did either! Seeing a physio this afternoon and it's a girl we know pretty well. The hip "issue" is in a rather "interesting" place and I can see myself dying of embarrassment. Have already been advised to wear "small pants" - ARGGHHH!!!!

My back always goes in the most pathetic of ways. Last time I was bending down to pick up a doughnut of the kitchen table at work (someone's birthday) Time before that I was doing the washing up
Fooking hurts though. Was lucky that we had some leftover co-drydamol and Diclofenic (sp?) that the missus had been prescribed after an operation otherwise I might have actually needed to go the the quacks

I had surgery for a slipped disc in 2001 and I regularly put my back out by doing stupid things like bending down to pick keys up etc etc
A couple of days on Co-Codamol 30/500s and I'm right as rain again.

My back always goes now and again, after Sciatica problems a few years back it seems to have weakened.
What a tend to do is try to exercise often, if it's only a bit of stretching.
If it does go I don't lie around on it either, it seems to get better quicker when I gently use it and stretch it as apposed to resting it.
