Because it was before 7AM!!

Why the Hell is this the case, surely I am not the only person that is about this time of the morning on the way to work, that gets one on the way.

Can anyone tell me why they wont sell them before 7AM? Is it down to a gambling law or something?

Its to do with the license. It used to catch me out, I have an online weekly direct debit thing now. Its the only way I can make sure I get a ticket each week.

hardest thing I had to get used to again when i moved back from Japan was not being able to go out at anytime of the day or night and buy stuff! Even now it still catches me out, especially on Sundays!
