Is it legal to import snakeskin
I am in Thailand and wife likes some shoes and hand bags made of snake skin. Is it legal to bring back to the UK? I have seen people with them in the UK but don't know if its okay to bring it back.

I dont think you'll have a problem. I use exotic leathers, python, ostrich, croc amongst some, and the ones that get imported over to the uk have tags. The tags have a trace to their origins to ensure the animals were farmed and bought from renewable sources.
Who's to say your wife didnt buy them over here and take them away? Once they are made goods there is no way to identify the origins.
