To be honest it seems abit over priced by 70k! BUT It's a fantastic location and a really lovely looking house!

i like that . there are a few of these similar in ireland near where my family live. they over look a lake and are really nice , not to expensive either .

I think £475k will take it .... certainly not over £500k - it's impressive isn't it?
