£20bn replacement for Trident submarines in doubt as MPs warn US missiles may not fit - Telegraph
Yeah good one, what did they do, get the bloody measurements wrong by 1 foot?!
And who foots the bill eventually...

Interesting how those who used to join the CND marches now elect to keep Nuclear weapons though.
They obviously realised they need them to hold a place in world discussions of course. All the consciences soon changed!

*military type entering the room*
Right then....
Any new weapon "concept" will first have to have a detailed definition planned prior to development, the "definition" will detail the payload delivery method that it will be required to meet, or in other words what size hole it will need to pass through.
So anyone that thinks these weapons are just invented on the spot to whatever size the development team thinks is appropriate is slightly deluded.
Right that's enough of this serious ****e, I need to get back to worrying about Jade Goody and her battle to raise money.... errr.... or is it against cancer?

They are saying that the next US missiles may not fit the new Trident submarines since they are building the subs without defined dimensions of the missiles which are about to be developed!
Hope that does not turn into another Chinook episode with the 8 new choppers which they still cant fly since the British designed equipment wont work!

That's a shame, I'll await the next public sympathy merry-go-round..... so we need someone that's loved by the public, falls from grace... and then contracts an illness and becomes "the people's princess".
Hmmmm..... let me think?
"A-ha..... Posh Spice it is" now we just need her to catch/contract something
