but also look where RBS is being prosecuted, in the US
and those yanks know how to prosecute white collar crimes, something the FSA (Fundementaly Supine Authority) struggles to do in the UK
on the face of it, it looks like a simple case of fraud, they knew the bank was in trouble, went to the shareholders, got loads more cash then went belly up months later
