Camcorders - which one?
Going on holiday on 2nd April for 3 weeks and I've just found out my camcorder is bust
It's a Panasonic DV type.
Anyone know/ recommend which is best to get - Hard drive or stick with the mini DV tape?
The one problem I can see with the hard drive ones are filling up the HD and having nothing to download it to when I'm away.
Obviously with tapes that's not a problem, but DV machines seem a little thin on the ground.
Also, the DV ones are almost half the price of HD ones.
I've been into my local Jessops and to be honest, they weren't much help.
Ta in advance.

Zip, how did you get on looking?
My M&D are celebrating their Golden Wedding anniversary soon and Mum has hinted that they'd like a new camcorder - probably one of those that record onto minin DVDs so they can just drop that into the DVD player and not fuss about with tapes/PC/wires etc so I need to do some review searching too!
