Do you use a blender? It should mix up easily and consistently in a blender, you will get some froth but leave it for a minute or two to settle and it should be fine.

I use MP Max and it is the best at blending i've ever used. Have you got a shaker? Are you putting the milk in first?

You will get frothing but if your drinking from the shaker its minimal.

Have you tried using water instead? Using milk, you will be taking in more than 28g protien. The body can only process 28g at a time so the rest is wasted

I usually put the powder in first, then milk, then shake it in a shaker, and drink straight from that. I don't get any lumps but on the other hand i do drink it so fast i don't really feel anything lol

Not used it for some time but when I did I found a hand held food blender was perfect, or of not then an egg whisk

Never had a problem with MP Max.
The MP meal replacement isn't so good at mixing, but the protein's fine. (powder first)
