The missus bought me a Coopers Larger Micro-brew kit a while back and I've just bottled my first brew (30 750ml bottles - should keep me going for a while lol). Allways wanted to give this a try as home brewing was a hobby of my Grandpa (rip) so it's in the family so to speak. The kit was really easy to do and now have to wait 3 weeks before I can sample one to see how it's going. If it tastes ok then I have to leave the rest for a minimum of 3 months before its ready for general consumption.

Anyone got any hints or tips and stories of their own home brewing?
