I am currently on BTcellnet using a pay as you go sim card and a Nokia 3310. What I want to do is buy a Nokia 8310 on BTcellnet with a contract and then swap the sim cards over, is this possible? And will both the phones still work?

Cheers

Speak to BT Cellnet - ask to port over your number and they should send u a PAC code .... although as this is the same vendor there may not be a need for this????

Sorry if this doesn't help.

Cheers guys!

Just out of interest do you know if it will work if I just go to on the online stores and buy an upgrade phone without actually buying or having a contract to go with it?

i am on btcellnet and recently upgraded my phone, just changed the sim card over and it worked fine so dont see any reason why it wouldnt work by doing the same to yours.
