I sympatise for more with the F relief inspector, than with the officers on the street. As the victim of a malicious firearms alegation, I can see both sides.

In one area, which since the nineteen seventies has been populated by a certain segment of the community; theres a problem. Not nearly as bad as in many smaller cities though.

I'm sure I was watching something recently where sheffield was mentioned. It was about how they had cracked down on everything because it was so bad, and as a result of that, it's now a pretty nice place to live.
Could be wrong...but I think it was sheffield. I've never been.
