Let me introduce "Charlie"
Some of you may remember my thread a couple of weeks ago about helping me choose a dog
Help me pick a dog
Well, I picked up a 8 week old Weimaraner bitch on Saturday. She's kept me up whining for two nights so not had much sleep. Had to get up at 5.30 am this morning to take her out in the garden then had to get on the bloody settee with her. She's lovely though.
Got her straight home and and started to train her to do her business outside. She's doing quite well, only a couple of accidents.
Here's some pics:

Absolutely gorgeous weim Are you crating her? If I may be so bold, which breeder did you get her from and do you have a pedigree chart for her? Just curious to see her family history, you never know, she could be related to the weims I know

Yes i bought a crate yesterday after having her just in a basket for the first two nights, shes took to it quite well apart from at night.
Yesterday we knocked on both neighbours doors (we live in 3 story town house - so got neighbours both sides) and told them that we would be leaving her to cry and to bear with us as the sooner we do it the better it would be. Both neighbours were fine with this until at 3am after 4 hours of crying and whining the woman next door rang our door bell. So I had to go down and quieten her down which has just cancelled out the 4 hours of crying. Hope she doesn't think i'll come after 4 hours of crying now
Her breeder was A Eckersley and the stud's owner Mrs S Pedler, and I got her from Ormskirk.
