it can work yes, dry ice has the same effect but obv this is easier lol, personally i just call the pdr guys they do a batter job

I bet heating, freezing and distorting it does wonders for the paint's bonding properties too

There is an aerosol can of some substance for cooling things down. It is used in electronic repair to trace an overheating component. Don't know what is in the can though.

I think it's more likely to be liquid Nitrogen, rather than Carbon Dioxide. That's what's in plumbers freezing cans anyway.
Besides, there's now way they'd be allowed to sell CO2 in a can these days, not now that we know how dangerous it is
