Default Anyone been to Disney Paris in October - how busy?

Just wondering as per the above.

We went last year twice - just after Easter which was fairly quiet and the week before Xmas which was Manic.

I fancy doing the October half term for the Halloween activities but wondered how busy it may be. I believe the French school holidays coincide with our half term so I'm not optimistic...

Don't bother. My wifes parents took our daughter in 07.

Said the park itself is a bit ****, silly prices for everything and the characters only paid attention to the French kids and were all but openly rude to English kids.

The kids are given a book to get the characters to sign a page. From the acount of my father inlaw he said they would only go to the French kids. He almost belted one of them due to their behaviour.

As I said, we have been a number of times and have always enjoyed it. In our experience, the characters are excellent! Snow white was an English girl last Easter and she held and talked to my daughter to the exclusion of all the other kids for ages! I just want to avoid too much queuing as that is where our European friends are at their most ignorant.

Yes it's expensive but that is a known quantity! With the pound the way it is, everywhere is going to be expensive. Maybe an opening for Disney land Zimbabwe!

Forget it - until they fast pass all popular rides.

Was there in January last year - queues were simply ridicilous.
Queues anything from 45minutes right up to 1 hour 45 minutes

I generally found it very expensive for food (it'll be much more expensive now with the way things have went on the fx rate) - pretty poor food at that too, and use the term food lightly.
People/Staff whilst not rude, not terribly helpful either.

I was there for New Years Eve, it was packed and freezing but I loved it Quite surprised by how quickly we got on the rides too, we only had to que for 45 minutes for the Terror Tower. I really rate Euro Disney and will go back again. Bloody expensive though, £60 for a two park ticket!
Halloween would be good, get it booked!

I'm with you Flaps. My 2 year old and 5 year old think it's fantastic!

I know it's damn expensive and when my two a re a bit older and want the bigger rides I can see how it'll be frustrating waiting for the rides.

I just want to know how busy it will be!

Our last visit before Xmas was a trip of two halves. The first 2 days were ace as the parks were quiet. The second 2 days were the weekend before Xmas and the whole of France turned up. It was still easy to get on the small rides in the morning but the afternoons were a write off.
