That's not the first time that's happened to an AM either:

A Virage Volante (with Vantage bodypack) was heavily damaged on a transporter whilst being sent to/from AM works service. AM bought the car back off the owner, repaired and updated it....and put the car back on the road and then re-sold it as new (HPi clear).

When discrepancies about the car's build-sheet specification and actual real specification were questioned with AM (the car was updated to one of a newer model year whilst it was repaired), the new owner was greeted with a wall of silence. Some year later the same car also triggered an investigation by an insurer and a later subsequent owner over its genuinity. I never got wind of the eventual outcome.

I wonder what will happen to this AM in the picture???
