John Candy was a comic genius, taken before his time, well before his time had he not been mahoosive, I remember where I was when I heard, late night in the petrol station on Wilmslow Road in Heald Green having taken a load of abuse off a BT man who assumed we were the perpetrators of some earlier indiscretion by some other miscreants, In John Candy's honour and memory , we did the only decent thing, left it ten minutes (we being myself and the mental Dave Cheslett (Jackos mate will understand)) and locked the ****** in his own van with a good stout twig through the hasp on the back, oh how he did shout !

Ive sat in the actual bobsleigh from cool runnings when I went to Jamacia a couple of years ago.

Funny thing was every bar I went in had the actual bobsleigh from cool runnings,must have been hundreds of these things on the island!!!!! Oh and they had 1 at the airport also!!!!!!
