"Vodaphone" changing your tariff ?
Anyone else noticed they did not get any letters telling them Vodaphone would be changing their tariff to one that would no longer include "stop the clock " etc? but offering free land line calls instead> Since when do most of us ever call a mate et con a land line !! we use mobiles these days as we want to contact the person. i am only 6 months into a 18 month contract and took this contract because of the stop the clock offer.
they stopped my email and internet. yet my latest bill shows they want to charge me for it until end of month. No one at Customer services has a answer!!
they seem to be useless.

If they make changes to your contract which you did not request, or disagree
with, you can if i recall terminate the contract. read your T&C's i,m sure its
in there, variation of contract if i recall

Just checked my account - still getting my STC too...... if Voda pull the plug on mine, they can go and "whistle", as they'll also lose my internet and landline business......
And my wife's!!
