Yeah tell me about it.

So far in 3 weeks i think ive had.

Throwing up bug
headache
sinusitis/cold
throat/chest infection

And now the throat to top it all off, i rarely get sick but when i do oh boy.

Extract the juice of 4 oranges and 2 lemons into a mug and add hot water and a couple of spoonfuls of honey (or more according to taste).

I have it too at the moment. Very uncomfortable. I visited my 73 yr. old neighbour with the Christmas card this evening, she was down with the same thing. She has been taking paracetamol to relieve her suffering, and she is slowly getting better. So if she can survive, so will I. I am taking Ibuprofen, as I have terrible inflammation in my throat and chest. Its very frustrating to be ill at such a busy and festive time of the year, I know.
