i've seen a private plate for sale on fleebay which is going for a cheap price.
The seller says it's on retention and as soon as it sells he'll change the nominee to the winning bidders details.
So he sends the retention form out with the new details - would i just send the form to dvla with a transfer form (all transfer fees have been paid by the seller) or just send the retention with my logbook/ mot?
