What a stupid ruling. I've not seen the thing in question but in the Simpsons movie you see Barts yellow **** I doubt that makes me a peado. I would also imagine South Park etc have gone a lot further.

What a muppet judge, some bloke with some dodgy cartoons that most find funny/gross is now labelled for life. If he's getting his jollies off them, he needs a lobotomy, not a criminal record.

 

From what I've just read in that article, it would appear to me that the judge "protesteth too much".
Judges have often been exposed for their weird and perverse sexuality.
This judge saw it as **** because he probably got a boner from looking at it.
