Great film otherwise - captured the mood / culture of the time pretty well - except maybe the internal scrapping between the various meatheads trying to be top dog

saw it a while ago on film4. great film and reminded me of so many things from the 80's, plus so many things that ruined the scooter scene in the late 80's/early 90's
deep story and would agree with wiley that the end is a bit short, but all in all was well worth watching

Anyone else spot the production error during the party at the house? During the scene in the upstairs room, the music playing downstairs was "Since Yesterday" by Strawberry Switchblade. Strange hearing a record released in 1984 in a programme based in 1982.

Didn't realise the director went to my school (he's a few years younger) and it was meant to be based on his experiences in the 80's in that town..Uttoxeter.
I didn't think it was that good.Ok,but not brilliant.
