Hello

Just wondering if any of you law abiding citizens are using a laser jammer ???

I've just fitted a Valentine One which is the dogs !!!!!

Was thinking of adding the jammer to increase the protection - albeit discreetly !!!!!

Any comments would be appreciated

Regards

Talking

Ian cook as one for sale for 70 quid less than RRP

I'm told they are VERY effective. It's also debatable that they are illegal or not.

Here's a web page that describes how to see http://www.drizzle.com/~glenn/lidatek.htm

Hi men

To RichS - read the comments - all i can say is mine works a treat.

I even managed to pick up a police unmarked van which they use for "stationary covert speed traps' whilst it was travelling along a road. He'd obviously not switched off the radar equipment whilst he was driving to a new location !!!!

M25 radar is picked up from a good 1/4 mile away if not more.

Gatsos work well too - although some give you more warning time than others - guess its the radar strength ??!!

With ref to the Jammer thanks for the sale info but i intend to get a Blinder Jammer - www.blinderusa.com

regards

Andy....

The blinder unit is OK. BUT they have issues with water getting into the electronics. Steve Warren of UK speedtraps gave up on them as a sole line of defense because so many went back. They also are far less discrete as you apparently need to cut two holes in the front grill to fit them

They may well have changed the design by now, as this information is about 8 months old. So post the question on http://pub3.bravenet.com/forum/show....30092428&cpv=1 or mail Steve Directly to make sure i'm not talking poo.

I have a Snooper S5 from Orpington car stereo, very impressed so far but...

I've had problems with my Sky reception over the last 6 weeks, some days it works and others theres no signal.
So I thought my box/lnb was knackered and bought a Sky+ box (350 inc install), engineer fitted it and it worked fine and I was very impressed with it.

The next night I come home and its doing the same as the old box, and its England v Holland on Sky Sports, I go totally nuts and go outside and start bashing the dish with a pool cue and generally hurling abuse at the ******* thing.

I call out the dish guy again, he moves it to a new location and spends 2 hours trying to get the thing working with no luck, so I reluctantly have to wait for him to return another day.

Then at 7.30 in the morning it suddenly dawns on me that every time I leave my detector on at night my sky stops working.....

Just a little note of caution for future reference

PS, dont tell my neighbours, I'm sure they would of had the same problem
